This administrative team is the liason between the paid staff and the congregation. Their primary responsibility is to support the Pastor and staff in their various tasks and ministries. They also address professional issues that may be expressed by the congregation or staff. The team advocates for the Pastor and staff concerning salary, continuing education, business expenses, etc. The Staff Parish team is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and reviewing all paid personnel.
The team meets at church every third Thursday of the month at 6:30pm.
